Avant Werx’s Content Werx is the content management software for today’s enterprise faced with a disparate range of content. Content Werx allows enterprise information to be managed reliably and be segmented based on Access Control List.

Content Werx is built on open standards like J2EE (Java 2 Enterprise Edition), XML (Extensible Markup Language) and a MVC (Mode-View-Controller) framework. Thus, it is not meant to be a product that will lock-in the user to any proprietary format.

Due to the adoption of open standards, Content Werx easily integrates with other existing products that the organization currently may have.

Content Werx integrates with leading portal platforms and enterprise applications from BEA and with Portal Werx. Portlets are available for quick deployment in a portal Environment. Using well-documented APIs, any J2EE developer may extend the services of Content Werx to the particular needs of the organization.
